Now here comes the fun stuff. The home is in good condition with all new plumbing and updated electric already. It just needs some WOW factor to bring to market and get top dollar.

I've gone with a conservative ARV of $485,000 on this one, but with the direction the market is moving in Tampa ARV of $500,000 and over is within reach.
