We use this information to provide downloadable requested materials, review and qualify investor profiles, communicate relevant education or opportunities when consent is provided, provide requested real estate services, review contact requests, and improve the platform.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be used by Tampa Real Estate Secrets and Dispensa Properties, and by service providers supporting hosting, communications, analytics, brokerage, property operations, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing Steve.Dispensa@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where required for brokerage, transaction, legal, security, or operational purposes.

Form security

Online forms use short-lived request challenges and hashed network identifiers for abuse prevention and duplicate protection. A submission is unverified and does not create an account or alter an existing investor record. Marketing messages require the consent indicated on the form.
